Love the easy-going, affectionate disposition of the Persian but crave a kitty with more playful action? Not true! The friendliest cat breed is Norwegian Forest Cat.
We used the Roy Croft one for our wedding last month. We did it as part of our vows, though, each of us reading a line of the poem to each other and then adding our self-written vows at the end. (We hated the idea of repeating after the minister.)Everyone loved it. So did we. It was perfect for us. ?
All cats will be friendly if they are treated properly. I saved two sibling kittens from a shelter. They were both horribly sick when I got them, so they each received weeks of intense attention, cuddling, cooing, and love. Once they were healthy, they never left my side. They wait for me to get home. They follow me around the house constantly. They nap with me, shower with me, read with me, and are glued to the TV no matter what I watch. I live alone, so they are my best friends, and they watch over me more than I watch over them. Oh, and they LOVE company. Anyone who walks in my front door is now their best friend. Even non-cat lovers LOVE my cats.
Visit your local shelter and let a kitten or two SAVE YOU!
